By accessing or using Authentic SAFE's services, website, or facilities ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Authentic SAFE Pty Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Authentic SAFE provides premium security services including:
- Safe deposit box rental and storage services
- Secure vault access and monitoring
- Biometric security systems
- 24/7 surveillance and protection
- Related security consultation services
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide valid government-issued identification
- Pass our security screening process
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Service Terms and Conditions
4.1 Access and Use
- Access to facilities is granted during specified operating hours
- Biometric authentication is required for all facility access
- Accompanied access may be required for certain procedures
- We reserve the right to refuse access for security reasons
- All facility rules and procedures must be followed
4.2 Prohibited Items and Activities
The following items and activities are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal substances, weapons, or contraband
- Hazardous, explosive, or flammable materials
- Perishable items or living organisms
- Items that may damage our facilities or equipment
- Any illegal activities or violations of applicable laws
- Sharing access credentials with unauthorized individuals
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees and Billing
- Service fees are due in advance as specified in your service agreement
- Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice
- Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or approved alternatives
5.2 Service Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to Services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or for security reasons. In case of suspension, you remain responsible for all outstanding fees.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Our Liability
While we maintain comprehensive security measures and insurance coverage, our liability is limited to the terms specified in your service agreement. We are not liable for losses due to acts of God, government actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6.2 Insurance Coverage
- Basic coverage is included with all service plans
- Additional insurance options are available for high-value items
- Coverage limits and terms are detailed in your service agreement
- Claims must be reported within specified timeframes
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with our Services remain the exclusive property of Authentic SAFE. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without express written permission.
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your service at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. You must remove all stored items before termination and settle any outstanding fees.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate your service immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or security concerns. We will provide reasonable notice when possible and allow retrieval of stored items subject to applicable laws.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
10.2 Dispute Resolution Process
- Initial disputes should be addressed through direct communication
- Mediation may be required before pursuing legal action
- Class action lawsuits are waived where legally permissible
- Arbitration may be required for certain types of disputes
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or technical failures.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with your service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Authentic SAFE regarding the use of our Services.
